I/ Materials : ( LEVER : EASY )
- United cinnamon: 5gr
- Aloe Vera: 1kg
- Sugar white sand: 300gr
- Honey: 100ml
- Water: 2 liters
II/ Perform :
- Aloe cut, peel off skin, cut the meat inside the square. Wash Aloe Vera diluted with saline to the end of oil and the bitter end.
- Add water to the pot, boil it for the cinnamon.
- After the cinnamon into the pot about 3 minutes, for the next century to death.
