Make Vegetarian noodle soup, pho Viet Nam

Pho (pronounced /fʌ/; Vietnamese: phở, is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, linguine-shaped rice noodles, a few herbs, and meat.It is a popular street food in Vietnam and the specialty of a number of restaurant chains around the world. Pho is primarily served with either beef or chicken. The Hanoi and Saigon styles of pho differ by noodle width, sweetness of broth, and choice of herbs. I/ Materials: ( LEVER : EASY )

- Fresh noodles or dried noodle

- Coriander, basil, coriander, lemon, price, peppers: rinse


1/ Noodle:

- 14 oz tofu

- 16 oz fresh mushrooms, washed and cut into 3


- Veggie sausages, sliced ​​thin


2/ Soup:

- Carrots

II/ Perform :

1/ Pho :

- Tofu, cut into four, add seasoned pepper, salt, leek, vegetarian seasoning, then deep-fried. Cut into small-size pieces.

- Fresh mushrooms sautéed with vegetable oil, leek, pepper, salt, and seasoning


2/ Cook Pho : 

- Cook carrots, white radish, chayote, a little salt, a little sugar or seasoning vegetables until cooked, turn water used.

- Pour the 5 cups water to the pot of soup, vegetarian seasoning and a little seasoning salt.


- Cinnamon, coriander seed dry, placed in cloth bags, tied, drop into soup pot.


- For yellow ginger pot roast.


- Boil the soup for about 15 minutes, just tasting mouth.


- Noodles: boil water immersion. If the dry noodles, soaked in water to cold water immersion rinse before boiling.
