- Most varieties contain sugar, although some are made with other sweeteners. In some cases, artificial flavourings and colourings are used in addition to, or instead of, the natural ingredients.

I/ Materials: ( LEVER : VERY EASY )
- 1 pound of durian (durian can use frozen)
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, to go out about 10 minutes before doing
- 2 cups whipping cream
- ½ cup white sugar (or less arbitrary)
II/ Implementation:
- Mix the sugar into cream, stir to melt,
- Use half of the durian, to into mixture, stirring with vanilla ice cream, put into "ice cream makers".
- The other half just creamed only briefly, then mixed, cooled.
