Ingredients:
- 500g longan
- 200g of lotus seeds
- 100g of sugar. Depending on the palate.
Method:
- Longan are peeled, split pits gently. Take care not to tear longan. Because the need for lotus seeds inside.
- Lotus seeds washed.
- Cooked lotus seeds in water for about 30 minutes, until cooked lotus seeds. For lotus seeds, just boil for about 10 minutes.
- When cooked lotus seeds, pour sugar into the pot, continue to simmer for about 5 minutes
- Get a bowl of lotus seeds.
- Put each lotus seeds in each fruit on the label.
- Boil the sugar pot, and boil for longan in about 2 minutes.
- Turn off the stove, and let the mixture cool in the refrigerator. Can food cool or add ice if you like.
