I/ Ingredients :( ULTRA EASY )

-1 or 2 sweet potatoes

-1 ginger rhizome

-White sugar or brown sugar

II/ Tutorial :

- Sweet potatoes peeled, soaked in salt water, slice, pour the basket

- Ginger julienne

- Boil the sugar with ginger, then pour sweet potato, small heater.

- Put the bowls
