Cashew : The cashew, Anacardium occidentale, is a tree in the family Anacardiaceae. Its English name derives from the Portuguese name for the fruit of the cashew tree, caju, which itself is derived from the indigenous Tupi name, acajú. ( WIKI )
I/ Materials: ( LEVER : MEDIUM )
- 1 pandan tree
- 1 bowl of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 1/2 ginger
- 1/3 tablespoon of salt
- 100g cashew nuts
- 150g yellow sugar
- 350g flour
- 75ml warm water
- 575ml of cold water.
II/ Perform:
-Coconut milk: boil over low heat,for little flour, salt, white sugar into.When the mixture is gelatinous ok.
- Stuffing 350g flour with warm water and 75ml cold water for smooth then grab less dough flatten,For cashew nuts in between,wrapped sealed.
-Use remaining flour,coated with a thin layer of onto cashew nuts, boil water and into a saucepan, cashew nuts surfaced are took out immediately,wash with cold water, drain.
-Cook sugar with 500ml water then give the peeled ginger, sliced to the pot next give cashew nuts, leaves pineapple into boiling pot then turn off the heat.
- For the cup,add coconut milk and enjoy immediately
