I/ Ingredients:
 - 50g tapioca starch
 - 50g dried longan pack
 - 30g sugar
 - 1 less vanilla
 - 1 bowl of water
II/ Implementation:
 -Choose pieces of dried longan large,washed, drained.Boil the water, added sugar,cook until sugar fade. Next, give dried longan and cook until soft hatching,add vanilla.Off stove, from the word for tapioca starch little by little into the,stir well.
