I/ Ingredients: ( LEVER: EASY )
- 100g rice vermicelli.
- 2 ears of fresh mushrooms.
- 200g vegetarian eel meat.
- 1 ear dried black fungus
- 50g carrots.
- Peas:50
- 1/4 onion, cooking oil, seasoning seeds, soya sauce.
II/ Implementation:
- Noodles cook just cooked, drain.
- Sliced mushrooms.Pickled dried black fungus blooming,julienne.Julienne carrots.Onions sliced.
- Eel vegetarian removed bone,sliced,marinated with a teaspoon of seasoning seeds, eels vegetarian :sauteed and scoop out bowl
- Heat the a tablespoon of cooking oil,add onion, carrots, beans, sauteed mushrooms.
- Season the soup with a tablespoon of soy sauce,a teaspoon of seasoning seeds,add bun, eels and mix well.
