Noodles Sauteed Eels ( Bún xào lươn )

I/ Ingredients: ( LEVER: EASY )

- 100g rice vermicelli.

- 2 ears of fresh mushrooms.

- 200g vegetarian eel meat.

II/ Implementation:

- Noodles cook just cooked, drain.
