Pumpkin Red Bean Chè

I/ Ingredients: ( LEVER : MEDIUM )

- Pumpkin: 100 g

- Sticky rice flour: 50 g

- Red beans: 100 g

- Jaggery

- Coconut milk (if applicable)

II/ Method:

Step 1: Red beans soaked in water for about 3 hours warm, yellow squash peeled, cut into small cubes.

Step 3: When you see the beans cooked with coconut milk (if you like) and add jaggery to boil about 3 minutes to infuse tea. Off the kitchen ladle out bowls of tea in humans.

Step 4: Give the pot steamed pumpkin and puree, then fold in 50 g flour stir into a smooth dough, plastic. (If you can see the dry powder to add a little cold water).

Step 6: Bring a pot of boiling water and let the staff know to boil until cooked pumpkin stand up, take out and into the bowl of boiled water.
