Ginger Chè

WIKI : Ginger or ginger root is the rhizome of the plant Zingiber officinale, consumed as a delicacy, medicine, or spice. It lends its name to its genus and family. Other notable members of this plant family are turmeric, cardamom, and galangal


I/Ingredients: ( LEVER : Very Easy )

- 100g dried rice


- 200g white sugar


- 50g flour


- 1 ginger


II/ Perform :


 - Peeled ginger,rinsed it.take 1/3 julienne,crushed remaining components.


 - Dissolve flour "=" water.


 - Boil the 800ml,for rice 30g and ginger julienne on bring to boil give soft rice and smell of ginger.


 - To simmer,give sugar gradual on pot,cooking melt,next give flour on pot and stir well until condensed         Watercolor is the ok


 - For the remaining rice to pot,stir lightly,for soft rice is ok.last ginger water to pot and stir well.


 - Ladled out bowls and enjoy according to your preference.
