Beo Cake ( Bánh Bèo )

Materials :

-1 ½ cups of rice flour

-¾ cup flour

-1 cup brown sugar

-1 ¼ cup of pineapple leaves

-A few drops added to the color blue

-2 cups water

-½ pack green beans

-1 can of coconut milk

-2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds



Rice flour and flour mix. Pandan water, stir

Pour 2 cups water and 1 cup brown sugar, cook the sugar melts. Let cool, pour into flour mixture and stir. Place in refrigerator over night 1 or 6, 7 hours

Then pour in the cake, steamed.


Green beans soaked, cooked with coconut milk and sugar, softened.

Coconut water:

Coconut milk cooked up, for a little bit of salt and cornstarch into. Pour in sesame, roasted.
