-1 box of vegan sausage
-½ cup yellow corn meal (cornmeal)
-½ cup flour
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1 teaspoon dry mustard
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-½ teaspoon salt
-½ cup soy milk
-1 ½ teaspoons powdered egg replacement (egg replacer)
-2 tablespoons hot water
-1 tablespoon oil
-Mix about 1 ½ teaspoons powdered egg substitute with 2 tablespoons hot water and 1 tablespoon oil.
-With an electric mixer beat cake mix all the dry materials together.
-Substitute for eggs in flour.
-Add the soy milk.
-If too thick, add water. If thinner, can only add a little cornstarch gold.
