Coconut Cream ( Kem Dừa )

- Milk 200 ml

- Coconut milk 200 ml

- Fresh Whipping Cream 300 ml

- 100 g sugar

- 50 g grated coconut

- 4 yolks heart

- Salt 1/8 teaspoon

- 2 teaspoons vanilla


1/ Boil the milk and coconut milk, add salt and sugar, heat until bubbling, to the coconut mixture. Mix well egg yolks, pour hot milk into the egg. Stir eggs, boil at low heat, about 5 minutes

2/ Mix the cream and vanilla. Mix the cream mixture into the egg mixture. Refrigerate 5 hours then  eating
