Taro Sweet Soup ( Chè Khoai Môn )

-2 large potatoes 2kg subjects

-¾ cup flour

-2 snowball atrium (white mushrooms)

-1 Kg ginkgo (Ginkgo in the market are sold VN, ginkgo yellowish oval shape in red cans)

-1 can of coconut milk

-2 cups sugar (Splenda is better)

-3 cups water

-1 package vanilla

-½ cup tapioca (optional, must be soaked in water for 30 minutes-45 minutes, then pour out the drain basket)


-Snow atrial soak up salt water and soak overnight. Wash chopped finished eating.

-Boiled taro peeled pomegranate seeds and chopped (or pureed)

-Ginkgo washed cook with 3 cups of water, put 1 teaspoon salt multitude. Wait for the water to boil, put potatoes and sugar mixed multitude.

-Next to ½ cup and ¾ cup tapioca flour, 1 package vanilla and 1 can of coconut milk into the bowl, dissolve flour and coconut milk
-Done pour coconut flour mixed multitude taro pot with ginkgo. Lower heat, stirring constantly so as not to stir the fire.
