Longan sweet soup ( Chè Nhãn )

- Dimocarpus longan, commonly known as the longan is a tropical tree that produces edible fruit. It is one of the better known tropical members of the soapberry family to which the lychee also belongs ( WIKI )

Sweet SoupIn Vietnamese cuisine, a similar dessert soup is called "Chè"

Longan, lotus eaten with sugar water, taste cool bar .

- 500g longan
- 200g of lotus seeds
- 100g of sugar. Depending on the palate.


- Longan are peeled, split pits gently. Take care not to tear longan. Because the need for lotus seeds inside.

- Lotus seeds washed.

- Cooked lotus seeds in water for about 30 minutes, until cooked lotus seeds. For lotus seeds, just boil for about 10 minutes.

- When cooked lotus seeds, pour sugar into the pot, continue to simmer for about 5 minutes

- Get a bowl of lotus seeds.

- Put each lotus seeds in each fruit on the label.

- Boil the sugar pot, and boil for longan in about 2 minutes.

- Turn off the stove, and let the mixture cool in the refrigerator. Can food cool or add ice if you like.

- This dish has a sedative effect, good for those who have to work, school stress.
