Litchi Fruit Jelly Chè

Ingredients: ( LEVER : EASY )
- The lychee is the sole member of the genus Litchi in the soapberry family, Sapindaceae. It is a tropical and subtropical fruit tree native to southern China, Taiwan, Bangladesh and Southeast Asia, and now cultivated in many parts of the world ( WIKi)

Lychee fruit, removed grain (about 500g)

-50g jelly powder

-5g almond flour

-300ml fresh coconut milk, 200g sugar


- Cook 150g of sugar, picked fabric, mixed with sugar for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat, let cool.

- Soluble jelly with fresh coconut water, add 50g sugar, add almond flour, boiled

- When jelly freezing, put to the mold . Set to cool in the refrigerator compartment. Then diced.
- Mix lychee fruit with jelly. Complete
