sticky yogurt (sữa chua nếp cẩm)

- Sticky rice 200g
- 1000ml water
- 3 leaf folds (also known as pineapple leaves)
- 80g sugar apricot
- 6 boxes homemade yogurt or taking any regular yogurt that you have
- 100ml coconut milk.
- Sticky rice washed.
- For special rice into the pot, add water amount recorded.
- Set the rice cooker, water on stove with low heat.
- When you are boiling water and skim off foam leftover rice you (if any).
- For leaf folds into the same module.
- Simmer until cooked sticky rice and mix to match. During cooking you stir occasionally. Due to sticky rice is quite tough outer shell so you can be assured will not fire unless you pan to the fire too big.
- Add sugar, stir, boil for 5 minutes to infuse all sticky
- Turn off stoves, to cool the mixture is sticky.
- Ladle a cup of tea sticky .... for yogurt ...... and the coconut.
- Finally, just mix and enjoy!
